The message from the Spirit Doctor will be sent within 24 hours after the Distant Healing is complete.
If you receive our message, please respond with a message as confirmation, and service delivery will be complete.
＊Regarding Cancellation
Cancellation is not permitted after the completion of payment.

The time period in which we provide Distant Spirit Healing services for customers outside of Japan is between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Please note that we will be able to provide services outside of the aforementioned timeframe.
If you are residing outside of Japan, please note that the message from the Spirit Doctor may reach customers during early morning or late evening hours due to time differential. We kindly ask for your understanding.
For customers residing in Japan, our operating hours are between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. However, if the appointment times are not ideal, we will adjust our schedules in the best way possible to accommodate your needs.
There is an input section for a telephone number on the payment screen but entering such information is not mandatory.
Our payment screen is protected by SSL Security. Please be rest assured during the transaction process.
